Our team is actively searching for great new Crew Members across the country! As you look for jobs, we know that you have a lot of different choices. So we’re trying something new for people who are trying out the Bluecrew app for the first time - a New Worker Bonus!

New Crew Members* in Los Angeles (CA), Orange County (CA), the Inland Empire (CA), Reno (NV), Dallas (TX), St. Louis (MO), and Chicago (IL) now have the opportunity to earn a cash bonus of up to $500 as you work.

How do I earn the New Worker Bonus?

Here's how it works: New Crew Members* who work at least 120 hours between October 5th and Nov 15th will receive a New Worker Bonus of $250! Plus, you can earn an additional $250 if you work another 120 hours between November 16th and December 15th. As a new Crew Member*, you can earn either or both bonuses for up to $500 of extra cash!

Where can I earn this bonus?

We’re currently offering the New Worker Bonus to new Crew Members* in Los Angeles (CA), Orange County (CA), the Inland Empire (CA), Reno (NV), Dallas (TX), St. Louis (MO), and Chicago (IL). At this time, only new Crew Members in these regions will be eligible for the bonus.

How do I know if I qualify as a new Crew Member*?

New Crew Members include anyone who works their first shift on or after October 5, 2020. If you’ve never worked a shift with us before, this is a great time to start! Simply download the Bluecrew app and complete your onboarding - you’ll make a quick profile, answer some assessment questions to help us learn more about you, and fill out your paperwork. Once this is done, you’re a W-2 employee of Bluecrew and have access to browse and accept jobs in the Bluecrew app!

If you’ve already completed your onboarding but have never accepted a job, you still count as a new Crew Member*!

Is there a catch?

Nope! You can earn either or both bonuses for up to $500 in additional earnings! We’ll pay it out to you in the same way you receive your paycheck - via direct deposit or paper check. And this comes in addition to all of the wages you earn on-the-job.

*New Crew Members include anyone who works their first shift on or after October 5, 2020. We reserve the right to withhold or deduct payments that we determine or believe were in error, fraudulent, illegal, or in violation of employee terms or these terms. This offer is available for a limited time only and is subject to availability. Terms are subject to change. Crew Members can earn either or both bonuses!
