We are looking for Food Runners to work events at Levi’s Stadium, including football home games, stadium events, and more. Come work in a fun, dynamic environment while supporting your favorite team!
Work schedule will vary and is based on the stadium events schedule, including home games.
Position Summary: Food Runner will be a hard-working, energetic individual with the stamina to stand and walk for 10-12 hours, has great attention to detail and committed to always providing exceptional service to both fellow team members and guests alike.
Essential Functions
- Follows steps of service
- Understands content of menu
- Establishes rapport with guests/members
- Effectively uses suggestive and upselling techniques
- Perform general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- Sets up serving line, ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges; notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits
- Serves hot and cold items to customers
- Keeps refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule
Uniform (makes dressing for work easy)
- Black slacks (No sweat pants, yoga pants, jeans, or other materials)
- Chef Coat will be provided. If you prefer to wear your own, it must be white with no logos
- Black, non-slip shoes
