Role Summary: This assignment is responsible for ensuring that all routes are dispatched to the drivers in an appropriate, correct and timely manner.

Client Qualifications for Role:

• Assisting with the smooth running of the load out. I.e. ensuring that the landlord rules are followed and that the incoming ‘traffic’ is managed and organized appropriately (i.e. keeping order - not blocking driveways etc).
• Interfacing with Outbound app and ensuring that all routes have been sorted correctly. This will involve scanning routes and identifying any mislabeled, missorted or missing shipments and ensuring that they are corrected/ found (preferably) prior to the route (s) commencing.
• Resolving any driver ‘issues’ that may occur. I.e. troubleshooting any app issues while also ensuring that the correct drivers get the correct routes
• Ensuring that the inside and outside load-zones are kept clean and tidy

Bluecrew Warehouse Responsibilities May Include:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating, organizing, or repacking product items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physical activities
• Working on your feet at a quick pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable in a an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other equipment in the warehouse
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
