Responsibilities:
- Prep work including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits and weighing and measuring other ingredients
- Carry pans and trays of food from work stations, stoves, and refrigerators while follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Properly store foods in designated areas follow wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
- Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and temperature control
- Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner
- Ensures compliance with all safety and sanitation requirements
- Resolves customer concerns and relays any issues to supervisor
