Responsibilities:
- Must serve guests courteously, quickly, and efficiently
- Must prepare cocktails, receive and process money, and accurately count back change
- Maintain a clean and orderly work station at all times
- Provide quality and genuine hospitality in a timely manner
- Must prepare consistent beverages by following recipes accurately
- Understand and provide information to guests regarding all menu items
- Must follow all alcohol awareness procedures
- Must be able to process cash and credit card transactions
- Must assist in break down, cleaning and sanitizing of all areas
- Must follow all proper food safety protocol at all times
