A person in this position is responsible for accurately processing returned items.
Responsibilities:
- Process returns within SLA
- Document and note all returns
- Keep area neat, clean, and organized
- Assist in other areas as needed
- Identifying the returned items
- Accurately updating the data base as instructed, placing all returned product in designated area.
- The person will be required provide support to all warehouse departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 35 lbs, ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- May be required to pull, push, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms
- Organized and have the ability to be multi-task oriented and work independently or with others.
