Responsibilities:
- Will provide general kitchen support, act as runner from kitchen to tables and serve customers at the tables, refill glasses as needed, interact with guests courteously and provide high level customer service
- Will help setup and break down at the end of the event. This will include clearing tables, moving/removing all catering equipment and general tear-down of event related hardware
- There may be additional responsibilities at the direction of the event manager and supervisor
Requirements:
- Must have formal dining/catering or restaurant experience
- Must wear black face mask (covid). No mask = no work
- Must wear bistro attire (black button up, black pants, black shoes, black apron)
- Must be able to carry full tray of plated food
If guests provide tips, tips will be shared.
