We’re hiring a lot of capable Warehouse Associates to support our company's warehouse operations while working in a fun, team-based environment. 

Warehouse Associates will receive, input, sort, load and unload grocery items in a refrigerated warehouse. Be sure to dress warmly (38-40 degrees in the warehouse) and cover your hair with a hat or hood. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select orders for customers, paying attention to accuracy in count and quality
• Move pallets to designated areas, working with forklift operators to facilitate efficient storage of product
• Report any potential safety hazards or repair needs to supervisor or management
• Keep assigned area clean and in good order
• Assist in collecting trash, sweeping, floors, or other housekeeping duties
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the warehouse pack area, lines, and produce crates in preparation for produce sorting. General facility maintenance.
• May be required to train new employees
• Other responsibilities as needed to support warehouse operations
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, stand, sit and reach.
• Read and write English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stay focused and work efficiently both alone and as part of a team
• Familiarity with a refrigerated warehouse environment 
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work standing for 8+ hours 
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (38°F)
• Order selecting experience preferred 
• *Certification in forklift operation preferred, but not required*
