Responsibilities:
- Must have Alcohol Cert for this position. THIS POSITION GETS TIPS. Food Handlers cert a huge plus.
- You must check every ID every time. If they do not have a wristband on their right wrist, please place one on the guest.
- 2 drinks maximum per ID. No cash transactions- cash is tips only. No taking pictures of the bands at any time.
- Family style meal free of charge next to check in is provided.
- Concerts typically end around 11:00pm, however, you must count your inventory and not leave your location until approved by your supervisor.
- Lunches- all meal breaks must be taken prior to gates opening. This usually means you will check into your location and then go on your meal break. it is to hard to take a 30 minute break during the show and it must be taken before your 5th hour. Absolutely no breaks during intermissions.
- You are not allowed to walk through the stadium during sound checks. You must walk around the concourse.
- You are not allowed to go back stage at any time. Grounds for immediate termination.
- Greet customers and take orders using a point of sale system. Prepare food and drink orders. Serve food and drink items to customers. Provide friendly and courteous customer service. Help with event setup and tear down. Maintain clean and organized workstation. Keep stand well stocked with food and drink products. Other duties as assigned.
