With earning potential up to $1,300 a week, multiple shift options, and long-term employment opportunities - this position is a great fit for almost any candidate!

Must have reliable transportation to USA Parkway (carpool options available) and be comfortable working long hours on your feet (breaks, snacks, and PPE included).

First, let’s talk about the incentives! Competitive wages ($17+), $500 bonus after assignment completion, a $150 bonus for completion of 10 shifts (subject to specific dates of signup), and a weekly perfect attendance bonus of up to $100 per month!

Also if you are open to driving additional Crew (of your choice) to work with you, we are also offering a $20 per person per week gas incentive & carpool drivers will also get a $1 per hour wage increase.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Find goods and pack boxes full of awesome stuff to fill client orders.
• Use a large cart and bar-code scanner to identify and move product across the warehouse.
• Distribute products to their specified location and update record information as you move it.
• Create labels and affix them to the boxes for accurate shipment!
• Leads by example in all interactions with coworkers, and supports them in any way necessary to ensure they can provide an exceptional operational excellence.
• Provides subject matter expertise including but not limited to safety, productivity, quality and teamwork to meet or exceed the operational standards in a positive and professional manner.
• Hard workers who can stand and move for hours at a time.
• Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) safety, quality, productivity and teamwork.
